With my numerous vacations, and my preparation for Vans Warped Tour, I've taken a little break from the Rap game, until the two greatest drop what they do best, I'm also in discussions with some different folks to  make this blog more than just rap, to have separate pages with different genres, so people like me can spread the music that they are so passionate for.  comment on your idea's of that please, I would Love Feed Back.

I don't care what you think about Lil B's talent in rapping or in music in general, I happen to really like him but damn Lil B is hilarious, in his "Need My Love" video dropped yesterday he enforced that point, cause damn this is just great.

A Different World - Phil Ade

I know I'm a few days late on this one, but I finally got around to listening to it and damn, I first heard of Phil on the Yonas "Nobody Else" remix, and they both killled it, then I downloaded "The Lettermen" and loved it, and this new tape, is the best I've heard of Phil.  With features from U.N.I., Mac Miller, Raheem DeVaughn, GLC and more Phil goes in.  Get the DL link below and enjoy you won't regret it.

It's here the first song off Watch The Throne that's been released and confirmed "Otis" Song is fire Kanye and Jay-Z over a classic Otis Redding Sample.  Watch the Throne is coming and it will be album of the year to real rap fans, maybe not the mainstream people but to real rap fans like us, Two of the greatest are together, and going to make classics.

Flowers - Big Sean, Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa

It looks like after back to back day releases of Off to the Races, and now Flowers, its pretty clear that these three up and coming superstars are doing a tape together, Big Sean and Curren$y spoke about it last year, but now it looks like its coming to fruition.  Enjoy "Flowers" scroll down a little on the home page and listen to "O.T.T.R." and check back for the tape.

Off of Royce's new album, "Success is Certain" the song Legendary features live drums by a drumming great in Travis Barker.  Royce sounds sick on this song, better then on Bad Meets Evil, which is saying something because some say he upstaged em on that album.  Anyway song is sick check it out.

Jason Caesar dropped a new song Yesterday off DjBooth.net called imagination produced by M80 from up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and featuring Laws, the new song uses the sample of The Temptations "Just My Imagination" and is a real smooth track, check it out on the link below.

The Canz feat Laws & Danay Mariney

New Song dropped today by The Canz, rappers out of Atlanta, along with the artist Laws, whose been making it bigger, after the release of the "Yesterday's Future" mix tape a Paul McCartney tribute, (which is dope as fuck by the way), I hadn't really listened to Canz, but after hearing this smooth track it definitely time to check out their mix tapes, you should do the same anyway listen and enjoy.

Worth the Wait - Los (mixtape)

Los a rapper out of Baltimore is back with another hot tape in "Worth the Wait" he's been on tour and working hard, because this is a solid tape, my favorite of his was "louis vuitton gift pack" but this new tape that dropped a few hours ago might surpass it.  Shouts out to Los on giving us another Dope tape, DL it below:

They're back finally, I've been missing some GWT, after that first release "Premier" I was craving more and its here with RewindRhyme.  These three Brooklyn guys can spit and over good beats also, GWT should be big, classic beats, with good bars, looking forward to hear more from these guys.

Lights - Break the Glass feat Shad and Holy Fuck

Now I have never heard of Lights, I'm not a big Canadian Pop Star fan, however this song with some techno beats thrown in there along with distortion and another flawless verse from Canadian MC Shad is great.  Lights clearly knows how to recruit artists on her songs, because in my opinion this is a hit.

Ill mind of Hopsin 4 - Hopsin

The crazy eminem sounding rapper Hopsin is back with a new song and directed music video this time Hopsin is taking shots at the Odd Future Star: Tyler the Creator.  I'm interested to see how this one plays out, if Tyler tries to go back at him.  It's odd though that in Tech N9ne's "Am I A Psycho" Hopsin said he wasn't taking shots at Tyler the Creator, but now it seems to be different, anyway song is dope in my opinion check it out.

Trouble on My Mind - Pusha T - Feat Tyler the Creator

The song premiering on RedBull's music site, which is interesting, the new song featuring GOOD Music Member and member of Clipse Pusha-T, teaming up with the controversial rapper Tyler the Creator out of the Rebellious super group of kids in California, Odd Future.  The video will be premiering in one more week so check back for that.

Fuze the MC - Secret Admirer (Official Video)

The official video for Fuze the Mc's song "Secret Admirer" off his latest free album "Tell Me Something GOOD" is here.  the video is Dope I gotta say I like the three guys sitting in a seat part a lot for some reason.  anyway the tape that this song is on is dope also and is a must DL, right now i'm busy writing a review for the album, which should be out later this week, until then DL the album below and check out this video.

Big Sean : "Watch the Throne is Like DAMN"

After the release of Big Sean's Debut album "Finally Famous" he was on MTV getting interviewed by Sway, Sway asked him if he could give any info on the Super Duo of Kanye West and Jay-Z's collab album "Watch the Throne" from this interview we learned that Big Sean will not be on the album and that it has some "hot ass tracks" and Big Sean said even the intro was like "Damn" check out the full MTV article below.

We Miss You - Nicki Minaj

New Song that released from Nicki Minaj, it was speculated that this song was a tribute to her Cousin who was tragically murdered outside of his Brooklyn home a few days ago, but On Nicki's twitter she told us that's not the case, it was actually a song that didn't make the cut for "Pink Friday" the song was recorded on 5/24/2010.  So enjoy this smooth track from Nicki, but also keep her family in your prayers after a tragedy.  

Just Like Me - Jay Rock

From the West Coast coming off the same label TopDawgEntertainment as up n comer phenom Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock is here with this new song and official video that will be on his july 26th release of his album "Follow Me Home" song is great in my opinion, to some he might be like Kendrick where it takes a little getting used to, but Rappers that rap about real shit, are a lot more appealing to me then money/hoes rappers.

Bad Girls Club - Wale Feat J Cole

Here's a snippet released off Amazon, of a new Wale and J Cole Song, "Bad Girls Club" I'm just making an assumption that this will be a single off of Wale's sophomore album that I believe is due out sometime in 2011, anyway check out the snippet and I'll make sure to post the full song when I get it.

Mind Your Manners - Chiddy Bang

New Release from Chiddy Bang Today entitled "Mind Your Manners" was first seen on MTV Buzzworthy, but after the latest tape "PB & Swelly" Chiddy Released this song, and it's pretty Dope, I really like the sample or beat if its not a sample.

Starky Hendrix - Gabriel Stark (MixTape)

After releasing the Tape TGIS: Thank God It's Starky, this college rapper is back at it again with a real chill Summery beats mix tape.  The tape is 10 songs and has "Random Song That Doesn't Fit" a Jason Mraz remix on there from TGIS.  Overall this is a dope tape though and definitely worth the DL.

Run - The Knux feat Kid Cudi

The Knux an alterantive hip-hop group out of New Orleans, Louisiana asks to have Kid Cudi on this leaked track on the Knux 2011 album  "eraser."  This is the first time that I've actually listened to the Knux, but I'm a huge Cudi fan.  This seems to be proof of more of Cudi's experimentation drifting away from rap; and I have to say I like it especially since it has a Summer kind of feel.

Mac Miller Announces New Album Name

To Save you from watching this wack as Mac Miller Rap lines are video, the album will be named "Blue Slide Park."  I'm not a Mac fan but I will admit the kid had great beats on his KIDS mix tape, but "Best Day Ever" wasn't near the level of that tape, anyway "Blue Slide Park" out sometime.

Frank Ocean - Dream Killa

This song produced by Midi Mafia, is said to be a Demo song according to Frank Ocean's tumblr, assuming that the post today of "Demo, Demo, Demo" is applying to this.  Anyway, I'm a huge Frank fan and enjoyed hearing this even if it is just a Demo track.

The Up - Charles Hamilton (mixtape)

Sonic is  Back, one of my favorite MC's Charles Hamilton either released "The Up" as 5 unreleased tracks, or it could be 5 brand new tracks.  Anyway "The Up" was released today, and is Charles Like, to say the least.  You'll have to DL it for yourself below, but this is a good sign, that eventually we might actually get a Charles Hamilton Album.

Posted by Chip Tha Ripper who is accompanying CuDi on the Cudlife tour, this was CuDi's last song with Kanye for the night.  CuDi opened the show off with a quick 25 minute set, and then came out for 4 more songs with Kanye.  He played "Erase Me" "Poke Her Face" "Gorgeous" and then "All of the Lights" later on in the show.  I'll have my own write-up of the show in a few days, but Chip had a little bit of a better camera and a lot better of a seat then I did.

Summer Jam - The Cool Kids feat Maxine Ashley

The Cool Kids new album "When Fish Ride Bicycles" is dropping here in 1 week and this new song Summer Jam is a leak off of the album.  The Cool Kids combine there good voices with a chill laid back hook about Summer sang by Maxine Ashley.  The thing that mostly stands out to me though is the production.  This track is Produced by The Neptunes, who have done numerous of hot songs.  The Cool Kids didn't go wrong with this one thats for sure a nice chill, summer jam.

Los - Finally Here

Off of his Twitter @SwaggaBoyLos, Baltimore rapper Los dropped this new hot song "Finally Here" with some good quotable lines, a good beat, and a decent hook Los has shown that this next mix tape is going to be a hot one.  The los tape that is my favorite is Luis Vuitton Gift Package, if you haven't gotten that one or you're not familiar with los thats where I recommend beginning, especially if you like this new song.

This song Off Trae The Truth's new album "Street King" coming out a week from today on July 12 features 4 big name rappers and MDMA who was often times on the hooks on Lupe Fiasco's third studio album "Lasers". The song is actually really good, Lupe and Big Boi are strong on this song, or maybe its jus their flow and delivery that gets me, Wiz spits a verse like new Wiz would and its nice to see Wale making a comeback into the game after vanishing for a little while so to speak. Anyway check out I'm On above, normally I don't use other Hip-Hop sites info, but I couldn't find a youtube upload for this one. Anyways Enjoy.
